CartoSketch provides digital AI-powered map generation services. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI processing, refunds are handled according to the specific cases below.

2. Credits (Pay-as-you-go)

  • Used Credits: Once a credit is consumed to generate or edit a map, it is considered a completed service and is non-refundable.
  • Unused Credits: You may request a full refund for any unused credit packages within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits from that specific package have been used.

3. Plus & Pro Subscriptions

  • Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided that you have not used any credits included in that billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a month.

4. Technical Issues

If a technical error on our part (e.g., system crash, API failure) results in a credit being deducted without a map being generated, please contact us. We will either:

  • Restore the deducted credits to your account.
  • Provide a manual refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID. We aim to process all requests within 3-5 business days.

6. Policy Changes

CartoSketch reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
